A 360-degree pan and 110-degree tilt let the P3 cover a living room from a single corner, following movement smoothly rather than in jumps. Set up to eight waypoints and it will patrol between them on a schedule. When your phone reaches the house the lens rotates into its housing, so privacy is a mechanical fact rather than a setting you have to trust.
